Connecting publishes a Ragpiq listing to every platform you've connected. Use it for any listing that's missing from one or more of your connected marketplaces.
If you don't have a listing yet, start with Create a Listing.
Open My Inventory
Find items waiting to be cross-listed.
Steps
- Open My Inventory in your business dashboard.
- Filter your listings. Use the marketplace filter to see which marketplaces each listing is already live on, and which it's still missing from. Pick the items that need pushing.
- Select the listings you want to connect.
- Click Connect in the bulk actions bar. Progress streams per marketplace, and the marketplaces button in the top right counts what's still syncing.
- Wait for completion. API marketplaces (eBay, Shopify) finish in seconds; extension marketplaces (Depop, Facebook, Vinted) run through your listing computer, so keep it on until done.
Each listing connects independently
If one marketplace fails, the others still publish. Fix the failed ones individually rather than re-running the bulk for every item.
If Errors Persist
Open the failed listing. The error icon lists the missing fields. Update them, then re-run Connect.
If a listing still won't connect after the field fixes, contact us with the listing ID.
